Biography Haida was born into Nava’s pack the same year Aleu was born. Growing up, she was a strong Beta wolf who made great contributions to the pack and was an exceptionally good hunter. She often liked to stick around Yakone, an older wolf whom she had a crush on. As a yearling, she and the rest of her pack were forced to move to new lands in order to find food, and she quickly became friends with Aleu, the new pack leader who led them to their new home. She was one of the only wolves who truly believed Aleu would become a great leader and didn’t discriminate against Aleu for her dog heritage. Over time, she started to notice that Aleu was hitting it off with Yakone, who had become her “mentor” and spent every day teaching her how to live in the while. Haida was saddened, but kept her feelings to herself, as she didn’t want to create tension between her, Aleu, and Yakone. Eventually, she moved on after realizing Yakone had his heart set on Aleu and would never love Haida the way he loved Aleu. She then found herself falling for a blue-gray wolf in the pack named Situk, who happened to be her good friend. The two eventually became mates and had puppies; one of their puppies became mates with Aleu and Yakone’s eldest son.
