Biography
She and Herrena are both fighting for the title of Empress, and even though she despises Herrena's caring and loving personality she must say she respects her bravery standing up to her (even though she'd never admit it). She thinks that she herself will make the best leader, and that Herrena is too "weak" to lead a pack of wolves. Dakota makes it very clear where her views stand.
When Amaryllis crowned her as Empress before her death, the pack questioned her reasoning. However, since becoming Empress, Dakota has showed major improvement in her arrogance and temper. Slowly, the pack admired her more and more.
