Simia despised the newcomer. He was an arrogant, egotistical jerk with no respect for her whatsoever. Her father believed they would be a good match for one another but she was convinced he was wrong. Altero would never be her mate so long as she lived. She watched him play with other she-wolves emotions and would have none of him. Even after cleaning up his act and living solely to impress her, Simia still has doubts about Altero.
