The Reaping Hour got her name due to the fact that she's a great hunter. Many see her as a fragile, rugged, she-wolf, but shes more experienced as for she has lived for many eons. As a child, Reaping never got to play with the other pups. She was always trying out new tricks or doing the inevitable. Many pups thought this was strange and so they picked on her, "You're no wolf! You're very much like a rogue; you behave in an unpredictable way." The elders looked the other way. They too thought she was an alien to their kind. Once her parents were no longer treated how they liked they did what they thought would be best for themselves. To disown her.
Her parents lured her into a chicken coop, and told her if she wanted to be accepted she must bring dinner home herself.
