Satisfied with the views of the world around her. With the hunts. With her time in the pack. She lied down, head tucked between her front paws and tail to her side as she closed her eyes one final time.

Neon felt it. A wave of tranquility washed over his silky fur as the sun began to rise. He couldn't find the strength to stand up anymore, let alone eat and drink.

He saw it. A bright light beckoned him to follow, promising a painless life. Neon, somehow unable to resist, fell into an eternal rest as he followed the beckoning light...to the afterlife.

~The first Alpha Female & wolf of the pack~

Oblivion didn't understand her sudden bout of weakness upon the sun rising. She was doing just fine the week before and the one after that. Her hazing eyes looked at her mate, Kuuro, who was visibly concerned with her rapidly deteriorating physical state. She let out a weak, pitiful bark, her mouth curling to form a tiny smile as her eyelids became too heavy to keep open.

...Kuuro seems to be in extreme distress.<

Splotches
~An Omega~

As Splotches lays on the grass, upset that his ability to sniff out items has been hindered by his declining health, he didn't feel right. As the sun rose and lit the land, he got up and walked around the pack's perimeter, thinking his unease was over a trespassing wolf. His legs buckled under him upon reaching the outskirts of the pack, unable to stand up. He saw it: a tunnel of light. Curious, he stood and made his way over to the light, oblivious to its call.

The gentle breeze on his fur was strangely comforting today. He didn't, nor wanted to understand why. Kuuro had mostly given up on living ever since his mate and his son both died on the same day. With his head down low, his eyes glanced up towards the sun.

"Today's the day," he muttered as he strayed off from the pack's boundaries, awaiting the infamous 'light' wolves speak to stay away from.

"Karmic Blessings? Well, who's to say I don't dish out Karmic Retribution either?" was one of Retribution's bi-weekly thoughts. Unfortunately, even after being promoted to Alpha status out of pity and her strength, her declining health made things considerably challenging to handle. She looked at Bloom, the current Beta Female, and nodded, standing up and walking to the outskirts of the pack with her one final time.

Despite her recent status as a Beta Female, Bloom knew it wouldn't last long. Seeing Haywyre, her younger brother, promoted to Alpha Male status upon Kuuro's passing, filled her with an unusual sense of joy. However, she knew her time was coming. One day, Retribution, the pity Alpha Female, looked at her, nodding. Bloom nodded back, knowing what was to come as they both got up and walked to the outskirts of the pack one last time.

Oblivion's gone, Retribution's declining health did not make her last for very long as the pack's Alpha Female, and now Souls Ablaze passed away without any prior warning, with Haywyre, the pack's current Alpha Male, the following suit. Disorder began to fill the pack after both of the current Alphas passing away, and the living, older wolves tried to device who would take the reigns, albeit with a struggle...

With the passing of the pack's original Alphas, someone had to step up to the plate. Haywyre was up next after Kuuro's passing, hoping to hold on until the pack's next Alpha Male could be decided. This, sadly, did not seem to be the case with his unexpected passing, alongside the current Alpha Female, Souls Ablaze. Disorder fueled the pack on this unfateful day...

"Hey, I have vitality, I feel like I can live for quite a while!" would be a quote that Crystallize liked to think about. It was true, he had quite the vitality in him, though it sadly didn't last him very long.

A bit of a stud, primarily due to said vitality and his leucism, though sadly his days would come to a close, at the start of the monthly Full Moon Celebration...
