She may have perished too soon, but her job in the world was not over. As her rotting, decaying flesh made a way through the outskirts of [REDACTED] territory, she saw...her.
Bree the Fox, having juked yet another pack with a quartz geode, giving them feathers for their efforts. Yet another apple used on this tricky vixen only to get something worth less than ten mushrooms.
The wolf's deoxygenated blood boiled, her hackles raised and her teeth were bared. Even after all this time away from the mortal coil of the Earth, thinking that Bree would have changed her ways, she didn't. Something within the wolf...snapped.
It was instantaneous, even she didn't know about what had happened until she registered the taste of blood, flesh, and fur in her mouth. She looked at the scammed pack, who looked at her with wide, fearful eyes whilst they slowly backed away from her. Her one-eyed gaze shifted downward, and...
There lay Bree, her body having been mangled to a point it was nearly unrecognizable. Her open wounds stained her bright orange coat with a deep crimson hue and her tail having been almost detached from her body. Small bushes of black roses began to surround Bree's body, almost a perfect circle were it not for the roses stopping where the wolf was standing.
Even after having finished her job in this mortal coil, she could still bring suffering to Bree in the afterlife. Bree's soul was called back down to the living realm by an unknown force, dragging her down despite her feeble attempts at staying up in the clouds. Upon being grounded, she saw the mangled pile of flesh, bones, and blood hat was once her body, then looked up at the wolf that stood in front, a circular border of black roses surrounding her and the furry flesh mound. Down, up. Down, up.
"Not...done." The wolf snarled, her teeth bared and hackled raised. That look alone was enough to scare the spirit of Bree into not fleeing, because should she flee, she would most likely be expunged entirely...
