Aha pretty much nobody wants to here this, but: drop electronics for an hour or two, go outside during that time, and, dunno. I usually train because soccer controls my life, but running or bike riding is also great. You get back, and suddenly m o t i v a t i o n strikes. It's best if you're out in nature. My favorite places is the forest because eh it's the forest ^^

and I did those age tests I got 31, 50 and Old Soul :0
