I think I mentioned I was in a soccer tournement, eh. So, we played on turf. (I hate turf, for the record). I fell at some point, skinned both of my knees pretty bad because turf hecking burns when you fall on it. I mean, skinning your knees is no reason to come off the field, so I finished the game, ate dinner, etc. After picking all of the black turf bits out of my knees, I found my mom's first aid kit, and got some rubbing alcohol. I usually let scrapes and whatnot be, but this one was particularly bad, wouldn't stop bleeding, and had mud smeared on it, and I didn't hecking want an infection, so I poured some rubbing alcohol on it and it b u r n s.
oohohohoho I got pulled down a rocky mountain by my dog and got a giant scar on my knee because of it- didn't get infected because we cleaned it every day but it took about a month to perfectly heal over. Then a week later I realized my skin had healed over a rock so there was a rock living inside me till I picked it out XD still no infection! so I think you might survive- |
