Alpacas have endured the rugged mountain terrain of the Andes since the reign of the Inca empire. Athletically built, with excellent cardio (well adapted to living thousands of feet above sea level), they can most likely outrun most humans. Tough as nails, they endure both freezing temperatures, rain, and heat throughout the year. They are an iconic simple of awesomeness, and their wool grows over twice as quickly as sheep. When offended, they are able to spit on their opponents via an acidic - grass mix that is quite unpleasent. Did we mention teeth? Yes. They can bite.

Overall, alpacas are awesome.
