Do vampires have venom to make their victims stay in place more? I assumed this a while back when Harper was bit by Mauve, but if it is true, does it just keep the victims still or give them pleasure?

Another question if the above idea is true: is gold-blood venom different from blue blood? I mean, I would not be surprised if it caused the victim more pain but that would just be inefficient! Maybe blue bloods make their victims in a drunken state while gold-bloods feel more like taking LSD?

Can animals become vampiric? What would happen if an herbivore turned into the vampire version of their species? Would they drink tree blood (sap)??

Is there a way to briefly or permanently change what type of vampire you are with a ritual? If so, what is the limit of times you can change? At what point does the god and goddess scope out your soul and just say, “pick a goddamn side already?”

Random thought to go with the thingy above, but I could totally see Ava as a Gold-blood who changes to a Blue-blood for personal gain while still helping out the Gold-bloods for more personal gain.

Do vampires sleep? I mean, blue-bloods can’t stay out in the sun (?) so do they just sleep during the day or stay inside? Does Darvion keep his bakery open during the day for his human customers or not?

How powerful is a vampire’s sucking strength? If you put a bunch of vampires in a circle and they all suck the person next to them, could they generate enough speed to produce energy? Is this how the city powers its electricity? If that’s not how electricity is powered, I am sure shifters would turn into animals with lots of stamina and run on giant hamster wheels for money.

Vampires can probably see themselves in mirrors because of how, nowadays, silver is no longer used in the creation of mirrors. Because of that, maybe some anti-human places will check if someone is a vampire by seeing if they have a reflection in a silver mirror or maybe others could use the two types of mirrors for cool special effects in films.

Speaking of silver, would some humans wear silver to show they are a part of an anti-vampire community? Sorta like, “bitch I don’t like you so I will kill you if you come near me.” What would people who actually like vampires wear?

Soul vampires should have special jobs in real estate. I mean, they can find cool haunted houses for couples into the spooks and also find houses for those who do not want ghosts watching them while they piss.

I would bet that the crime rate would be so low due to soul vampires just asking dead souls to tell them what happened and instantly know everything and crimes would be solved within minutes (for vampire on vampire crimes at least because I am sure many agencies would overlook human cases).

Is there sentience in some of the technologies present in this world? Like, with the amount of robot animals, I would not be surprised to see a few of them behaving exactly like the animal they represent but also being capable of holding a conversation.

I need to know if there are underground clubs with a 1920’s look to them. I feel like this is totally a thing in this world and I would love to see it happen.
