Cal's main sport is track so he is fairly skinny compared to Leroy. Like you can see this man's ribs skinny- To be fair, even when he was in peak condition like when he was training with the gang, doing lots of sprinting for track, and eating a healthy amount before the depression he was still probably half his size.
