I mean techniqually I am broken... since dislocating my knee three months ago I can still fold myself in half even though I havn't been stretching in three months... I just looked it up and it says humans lose their flexibility only two weeks after stopping... normal humans I should say XD |

Yes, normal humans. Shadow guardians and shadows only lose their flexibility after two years. It bemuses me how little you know about shadows and shadow guardians, even though you are one. |

For clarity if I sit down with my legs in front I can comfortably touch my chest to my thighs and wrap my hands around my feet... after three months of not doing that exact stretch or anything close to it. |
