But yeah, in Germany Papa and Mama is the most common term for a person to call their parents. I would only say Vater or Mutter if I was being formal or professional. Or if I'm joking with my parents XD

I would say that Beta takes good care of their dog's health - nutritional food, grooming, some free time/socializiation, etc.. It's just that they use harsh physical correction and just don't tolerate failures. |

This is what Thulo looks like, but with a lighter brown-ish grey, his face and neck(not throat) aren't white, and he has the darker markings of this Leonberger |

And that's the crux of the RP aha It's in the eye of the beholder, I suppose. Beta functions in a scientifc manner - only the exact rations based on the exact workload to be healthy and offer a top preformance from dogs, only the exact amount of free time that a dog can benefit from, etc. - it's all in data and formulas, and around that, they developed a routine and system that is the canine force program. They've found that harsh and swift physical punishment provides far quicker results, even if it is emotionally damaging, and so that's part of the program as well. So Beta's 'evilness' really depends on how ya look at it aha |

Story time with Onyx - totally not inspired by anyone else's story times.... . Okay, so I just spent an hour on zoom trying not to kill the computer, yell, cry, glare at the screen, or punch something. My doctor got a new nutritionist, and said nutritionist contacted my mother since hardly anything carb-counting wise (for my diabetes) had changed for years. They made a zoom appointment for 1:00pm and I still don't know why we did it. >.> . She said she couldn't see anything wrong with what we were doing, other than at dinner. My blood sugar's been running a bit higher for about half a month, and her suggestion was to cut out the fruit and eat the bulk of my fruit at lunch instead. I fill up on fruit at every meal! I'm not just going to go hungry! >:( So my mother tells her this, and she's like, "okay, well, if you exercise after dinner, then it should even out." Like, I barely have time to write this, much less exercise! And that's only because it's lunchtime. >.> . Basically, we're left on our own as to what we need to change, and I still feel like nutritionists are kind of.... idiots, to be honest. Sorry for the rant... I just needed to get that out of my system. >.< |
