Thank you >.< Boundless said: Spell well written ^^
I am hoping to get my degree in Equine Science once I graduate this year, become a professional groom, and then work my way up to a Broodmare Manager. Boundless said: Spell that sounds fun! Barn work is oddly enjoyable work. It's how I would have paid for my lessons, but since corona, I haven't been able to, unfortunately.

Spaghetti The groundwork I do isn't exactly lounging- I couldn't do that if I tried XD Its natural horsemanship, so its more soft and loose than the normal dressage and western. It teaches the horse to be relaxed and 'soft' with as little work as possible for the human. The last trainer that trained us in Germany told us its like playing games with the horse. We have to keep it interresting and different without hurting or scaring the horse or else it'll grow bored or scared of the groundwork. I don't think I can say the womans name here, but she trained the horses in the East Storm movies... Don't know if you've heard of it or not. Its a German movie series about a girl and her horse (of course XD) and I believe the English name is East Storm.

That's fun! I mean, I know what I means to have the horse relaxed and soft around the bit/in general while riding, but not necessarily on the ground. It's the coolest feeling when you finally get that really relaxed connection with your horse and everything just feels perfect and like you're flying and asdfghjkl And it's so cool that you got to work with her! That's just awesome ^^ Also, do you have any horse buying updates?

Not really. My parents say we're going to wait till we have a house and know exactly where we'll live till we activly look for a horse, but the Andalusian is still available and I chatted with his owner a little. My mom says that she'll drive me up to him to get to know him once everything is situated, but, since we're going to a larger city (outskirts) there'll probably be plenty other horses for me to look at if it doesn't work out with him.
I do have names for possible horses though, if you want to hear them ^^

Spell It took a lot of begging on my dads side- my mom thinks its dumb that we have to share her horse (not that she doesn't want to, she just wants me to have my own to go out riding with her) and my family is just a very animal friendly family. We couldn't live without at least one pet XD
Spaghetti I don't have that many but oh well Mare names: Rosenrot (Rose Red) one of my favorite songs Morgenstern (Morning Star) another favorite song XD Schatten/Schatten Scherbe (Shadow Shard) Just a cool name
Gelding/Stallion names: Loki, not the marvel Loki- the actual Germanic god Loki- or both- neither are that bad XD Geist (Ghost) Just because-
Might have more- but these are the words/names that just seem nice to me. Might not fit the horse I get at all and be completely different, who knows XD
