it has a nice texture. Cheese is something that I don't like too much. I used to hate it when I was a child, but now I'm trying it and still don't like that many cheeses. Really depends on my mood...
The funny thing with me is that I have a sweettooth but stuff that tastes too sweet is bleh to me XD |

I like mozarella, cheddar, jarlsberg, brie and camembert, but that's about it. Oh, and feta's alright, though it can be very salty. |

Mozarella, parmesan, and cheddar are really the only ones I eat. Sometimes a bit of cream cheese but if its too creamy I get a gag reflex XD |

a) Queen Scarlet, thank you. Glad you liked it. :D . b) With bacon, the crunchier the better. I will fight you on that. >:/ . c) What is it like to be picky? I only have a handful of foods I dislike. XD In fact, the amount of foods I can't eat because of health issues is larger than the foods I dislike (most of which I can't eat anymore, even if I wanted it). |

Bacon has to be cronchy >:') Homemade pan fried bacon is by far the best - and I despise the fat on bacon >.<
. I wouldn't consider myself picky, but I do have certain foods I really won't eat. Avocados, dressings/ranch/plenty of sauces, tomatoes, coleslaw, and sauerkraut. I think that's it. And I tend to avoid nuts as best as I can, because of the whole 'processed with other treenuts' alergen warnings. On that note, I can't eat most storebought cookies and granola bars because of the 'contains traces of/may contain tree nuts' so ye |

I can't eat anything from the nightshade family anymore. That includes tomatoes, peppers, etc. I also can't have anything with gluten, which means no store-bought sweets. On top of that, I can't have a lot of fat / protein because it causes my blood sugar to skyrocket. And onion apparently suppresses my thyroid medicine, so.... >.> |
