He goes on to tell me that the women's U.S. team sucks compared to the men's team. The women's team happens to be the reigning World Cup champion, and the men's team hasn't won anything in goodness knows how long. I don't really care too much, but this idiot keeps talking, showing me highlights of men's games vs. the highlights of the women's teams, scoffing at every goal and pointing out how the women's team is just so awful. How U15 boys beat the women's team. (True story, but he blew it out of proportion and took it out of context).

I got a little fed up, then started defending the women's league, explaining that the program was far newer than the men's, less opportunities etc.

We sort of spiral downwards into this thing about leadership and presidents and whatnot. He tells me that women are president of the worst countries, pointing out Taiwan as an example. Taiwan happens to be almost at the top leading corona response, with almost the least deaths out there, last I checked.

He tells me that oh, well obviously men are best for being president because all we've had are male presidents forever, and it make sense.

At this point I was frustrated, so I start arguing back, and at this point he starts mocking and laughing at me.

I'm so done with him.

You should point out Angela Merkel- She's been the counselor of Germany (German equivalent for President) for at least eight years... maybe sixteen. I'm not one for politics but she's been one of the best Germany has seen in a long while and her reaction to Corona is one of the best I'd say. Especially compared to our Mr. Trumpus. Big reason we're moving to Germany, to have an actually sane and normal leading person-

I believe the Prime Minister of New Zealand is also a really good woman in charge too- I know nothing about her, but when Corona first started out my mom was telling me how well New Zealand was doing because she was taking action.
And the only reason there aren't that many powerful or famous women in the past, or women who have had big important ideas, is because men have been suppressing them. He probably wont listen but I'm just pointing things out XD
