Just try not to re-read and edit. Write the chapter/page and besides looking for miss-spellings and different words that would be better write chapter/page two and then three and four and so on.
I edit my chapters too- add different details, make this part longer, shorten this word, but it takes so much time fixing the small details when you really just need to finish the book/story and tweak it afterwards.

I have to re-read to continue the book. Otherwise, the result is chaos, and not even I know what happened. ;-;
