If anyone really wants to get rid of shadow, it's important to note that a shadow isn't really it's own entity, but simply matter. A shadow is not neccessairily a living, breathing being, but is only characterized by the absence of light. In an odd way, a shadow is only determined by the light - oddly metaphorical, if you ask me. Anyway - if you take away all light, what is a shadow? We do not view the earth at night and call everything a shadow, do we? Therefore, a shadow is only the difference in light. Simply put - if we see anything with less light than the average light, it's a shadow. Which means shadows aren't definitive, only labels we have created for, really, nothing at all. Summing it up, shadows don't exist. Again, it's only the levels of light. So do get a shadow to go away, just shine light.

Ooh. I might take a peek. I hardly do human-based RPs because they seem to die so fast, but I may join. ^^' It sounds interesting so far. 0-0

Onyx's Haven said: Shadow Good - No. Because a shadow is like a virus. Shadows don't populate on their own. They have to have a host do that. Viruses are not living things because they do the same thing to their host cells. Therefore, not genocide. >.>
I'm not even going to explain why that is wrong, because I'd rather not get into the specifics. But thats wrong, though.

then again the absense of matter may very well be possible. Dark matter - although, in truth, I need to do more research on the nature of it. It's difficult to imagine emptiness. Dunno, just - nothing is empty. Not air, not anything hollow, not a black hole. Heck, space isn't empty. Not including gravity and space debris and whatnot, there's also time, which means it can't be empty.

I saw a documentary or a video or something that said the absence of light is faster than light-
