I`m not very good at drawing horses so apologies if this looks weird. Perhaps try to round out the belly just a tad and also the chest. Horses are very meaty and a bit round lol Edited at January 9, 2024 09:19 PM by Stream <3

Black Hill said: Here's few tips! The first thing I would change is the right front leg. I'd move it closer to the body to make the perspective work better. And as as said above, asss need to be bigger and more musclular. You should try search for references especially anatomical ones and photos of horses in active movement so you can better understand how equine's muscles work. I can send a drawing with some fixes later if you want^^
Alright, sick as, I can fix the front leg.
I've alreadt increased the butt size, as seen in a second image but can deffo make it bigger still! I've been looking at plenty of reference images but tragically it's not doing much for me - I'm still struggling to pick out what's wrong and need a little more specific help on what's not right. I've been looking at horses rearing, muscular and skeletal graphs but I just can't get it LMAO.
Drawings would be hugely appreciated! :0

The pelvic area needs to be wider and tail base more rounded out to pair with the muscular thighs. The area between the tail base and the hind femur area is the space that needs to be wider. The rear end of a horse has large muscles making it appear to be so big. They need them for running, jumping, and kicking. The business end of horses is a powerhouse so it'll look better that way. Hope this helps a little. ^_^
