Faven's voice is soft and mellow. Many describe it to be like honey; however, it can be as sour as a citrus when she is angry.

Appearance:

Faven is considered to be a rather beautiful and graceful warmblood mare - even if she does not see herself as such. She stands at 16.3 hands, and has a gentle-looking build to her - not muscular, but not stocky (often described as sleak). A perfect blend of muscle and hide. Her stomach often looks slightly plump, but never fat - though some have called her fat in the past.

Her fur and mane seemingly flow across her body, like a gentle stream. The mare’s hair feels exactly like it looks, silky and smooth, and is a beautiful blend of white and rustic chestnut. Her eyes are a soft blue, enhanced by the chestnut fur surrounding them. The hair of her mane and tail is about medium length. It fades between chestnut and white, like the blending of melted marshmallows and hot chocolate. Very little scars line this female’s pelt. However, of the scars seen, the most prominent one lies on her right frog thigh. The scar can often irritate her, and she can be seen occasionally limping on the leg after walking long distances.

Faven’s movements are just as elegant as she looks. When moving, this mare will appear to be gliding across ground. If it were not for the sound of her hooves, it may be hard to tell whether or not she actually had her hooves on the ground.

Faven has a rather gentle soul. She is often observed taking care of her herd members, ensuring that none get left behind and all of them live their best lives. During a confrontation, the mare will try and speak peace before running away. Best to try and make a compromise before anyone gets too hastey.

This mare takes on a motherly role for many of the foals in the herd. She is quite fond of all the foals, no matter how annoying they can be. The mare finds them enjoyable to watch, and often laughs at their antics. She wishes to have one of her own in the future, but not with the current lead stallion.

The female paint has little patience when it comes to pushy and controlling stallions, or any horse like that in general. Most horses like these will receive a kick from this mare, especially if they try anything with her. However, she will try to leave the situation beforehand, generally scoffing before walking off.

The chestnut paint mare is known to be quite stubborn. Once she makes up her mind, there is no way to change it. If one tries, they will likely have to deal with an angry scolding. Her stubbornness can also cause her to ignore any orders given, unless it means risking her life. Most orders coming from the leads are ignored by this mare, though in subtle - but noticeable - ways.

Faven does not have the best self confidence. She often doubts herself - in more ways than one - and has a hard time making small decisions. She will do her best to make herself look good - physically and mentally - yet she always thinks that her best is not enough.

Strengths:

- Faven can be quite clever, coming up with craft ideas most would not think of to survive.

- Faven can be quite observant, especially when taking care of foals.

- Faven is quite agile and fast, but still cannot out run some of the herd members.

Weaknesses:

- Faven is not very strong, but is always willing to fight for the old and the young. If caught in a fight, she will most likely lose. However, a well placed kick can cause at least some damage to her opponent - but not much.

- Faven often goes hard on herself when she messes up. She has even had a few panic attacks after failing some assignments.

- Faven lacks the ability to take many hits.

-Faven’s stubborn nature can easily get her in trouble with the high ups.

Faven does not have much of a reputation within the herd. However, she is known to be a great babysitter for foals.

Backstory:

Faves was born outside of the Ghoda Herd, and brought in - alongside her old mother - at the age of two. The Mare quickly grew a distaste for the herd and it's ways, but was always caught when trying to escape. Her mother died a year after joining the herd. The yearling mare was not treated very kindly by those in the herd at first, often criticized for her looks and movements.

Other:

- Faven wishes to eventually escape the herd and never return. She dreams of being able to travel with a mate to different places without the liability of a herd.

Voice:

Rowan’s voice is deep and raspy, similar to what humans would imagine a gangster’s voice would sound like. Rowan will even speak with a boston accent, though it is rather light. His tone is almost always neutral, only emotion on rare occasions.

Appearance:

Rowan is a rather large and muscular stallion, standing at about 17 hands (16.9 hands to be exact). His appearance is rather rugged, seemingly imposing a challenge for any who dared to rival him. However, his looks are by no means dirty. Instead, they make him seem like a “bad boy.” Then again, he pretty much is one.

The bachelor’s fur is a sleek and shiny black, though covered in many scars. The most noticeable being the one across his snout (right above his nose) and the claw marks across his back and left side. His mane is quite long, often covering the majority of his neck and some of his face. His tail is rather long as well, having stopped just above his ankles. Both his mane and tail fade from his shiny black color to a deep and dark rustic red-brown. His back right leg has a white sock that ends just below his ankle.

The stallion’s eyes can be rather stunning - a mild, milk-chocolate brown that blends with his pitch black fur. They often hold a piercing coldness to them that is hard to find in most horses. However, they can be rather warm and inviting when he is in a particularly good mood.

Rowan is a rather brash stallion, never backing down from a fight and never taking no for an answer. He is not the best at taking orders unless he completely agrees with them or respects the horse they came from. However, he will often take orders from the band's lead stallion to ensure his chance at taking over the herd (even if he does not become lead stallion) - though, not without interjecting his opinions and ideas.

The bachelor is not one to be taken lightly. Despite his young age, Rowan is rather strong and can do serious damage to most opponents. His main strategy to win a fight is to pressure the rival to continuously back up until he gets the chance to knock them over, or force them to run.

As mentioned before, this stallion is not one to back down from a fight. In fact, he often seeks them out - wanting to face some sort of challenge. Rowan feels as if he must prove his strength to those around him - whether it is to intimidate them or show his worth is unclear - and picks fights to do exactly this. The stallion will also attack random creatures (mostly horses and grown cougars) when angry, though he never attacks mares, foals, elders, or those in the band.

Despite his wish to be a part of a herd, Rowan has found himself to be more of a loner than a herd horse. He will often break off from the herd during the night hours to spend time with himself. The stallion may even wander off to sleep by his lonesome. However, this can put him at risk for attacks during the night.

Generally described as the “strong silent” type, the black stallion rarely ever speaks, only doing so when necessary. He mostly nods/shakes his head, or flicks his ears and tail to communicate. His voice is only heard by those he trusts and respects, no matter how few there are.

It is easy to rile up this stallion. A simple slip of the tongue is all it takes for him to snap. Though most dare not to. It often ends with the bachelor attacking the offender without warning. If he does not attack, he will make the life of the offender rather difficult.

This bachelor is quite flirtatious with any beautiful mare he meets. He regularly shows off to them, doing his best to impress. However, take his actions with a grain of salt. He most definitely means nothing by his actions. He has found no interest in the mare’s he’s met, no matter how beautiful. He just flirts to get under their skin. Though, Rowan will feel somewhat guilty if he leads a mare to believe that he truly had interest - he can’t stand to see one upset.

Strengths:

-Rowan is quite strong, and can take a good amount of hits. One well placed kick from this stallion can severely injure a cougar. Let’s just hope that he can actually land a hit on the spry beast.

- Despite his tendency to be narrow minded during fights, this stallion is rather smart and observant when calm.

- Rowan has a great knowledge on how to survive on his own. If he were to be split from any group, it is highly likely that he would make it back to them.

Weaknesses:

- Rowan’s aggressive and temperamental tendency often leads to him charging into fights blindly, often causing him injury.

- Rowan is not very agile, and is better at straightforward chases than twisty ones. He often falls when taking sharp turns while going fast.

- Rowan often underestimates his opponents, so he will generally “go easy” on them at first.

Reputation:

Rowan is known to be incredibly daring. He will rush headon into battle, rarely thinking before acting. He has been known to cause trouble for many herds, but has yet to ever challenge a lead stallion.

Backstory: Rowan was born to a lone mare and an unknown bachelor. He grew up without the safety of a herd and had to learn how to defend himself quickly. Many of his scars were gained during this time. He later joined up with son’s of the Ghoda Herd’s former lead stallion thanks to the prospect of being able to live in a herd.

Other:

- While Rowan takes no interest in most mares, he does not mind the prospect of having foals. However, he’s more of a single-mare stallion. He’s not a fan of those males that have multiple mates. Just doesn’t sit right with him.
