History:
- Chosen as Enzo’s second: With more stills as a hunter than a warrior, Nia looks to her training as a way to protect and repay her pack for their protection and the home they have given her. When chosen as Enzo’s second, she was overjoyed to find her mentor, a humorous and dedicated warrior who always had her best interest at heart.
- Mother’s departure: With no reason given, Aspen deserted the pack a month before Nia’s coming of age. Though she longed to chase after her mother and learn of her motives in abandoning her and her father, Nia remained with the pack and trained harder than ever, hoping to redeem herself from her mother’s dishonor.
- Coming of age: Faced against Eliora for her coming of age, Nia fought bravely and showed the pack her improvement and dedication. Though she lost, she fought with bravery and redeemed her name from her mother’s traitorous reputation.
Future:
- Father’s death: Zico dies in a fight with a bear who had crossed Newana as the fish returned. He died a warrior’s death, losing his life as he tried to protect the pack and his fellow pack-mates. Nia and Zico had gotten closer during the time after her mother’s abandonment of the pack.
- Relationship with Key: In times of instability after her father’s death, Key and Nia grow closer. Eventually their friendship morphs into something more as they confide in eachother and sneak away often. As the recently chosen second of Zoran, Trigeda’s future lies in Key’s hands. Whether her focus on the pack will push them apart or bring them closer is yet to be determined.
