Amara held a blank expression, no longer what it was the night before. She nodded a hello to Sebastian before she looked at Lorelei, giving a somewhat confused look as to her asking about a sword. "I sent a guard ahead to scout the roads" she said before she used her eyes to motion to the others around them as to why she wasnt the same as the night before. She didnt want them to think she was being rude. Her mind wondered to the night before as she heard her guards talking and whispering to one another when they thought she had been asleep. They hated how she seemed to be so friendly towards him already when they had found them at the fountain. She had yelled at them that morning about it, telling them that her and Seastian at least needed to try to get along for the sake of the kingdoms to not lose anyone else to needless fighting. Her blue eyes watched them before she spoke again. "Once the guard comes back, we will be able to head out, though if he doesnt, we will have to take the long way" she said as she looked for the guard, who was on his way back as she spoke. He bowed before looking at Amara. "The way is clear. We best hurry princess" he said before he bowed to Sebastian and Lorelei. Amara motioned to the guards to give the three royals space to talk, a few of them taking the lead while others were following farther behind. Amara gave a small sigh as they spaced out. "Sorry if I seemed cold" she said. "You know how the guards can be." She looked forward. "They were talking last night, hating that we were actually getting along already." Shaking her head. "Are you ready?" |

Sebastian glanced at Lorelei, seeing that her brow is raised. They are both wondering how Amara seems to be so cold when just yesterday she seemed so lively and happy. If anything, Amara did a one-eighty personality change like the snap of someone's fingers. "Wonderful." He said, seeming to also have his personality change from the happy and laughing man moments ago to no emotion heard and his voice cold and harsh. He could see Lorelei cringe next to him, hating how he uses this side of him as a facade. He didn't notice her motion around as he looked over his shoulder at Xander finally joining them. He told his best friend briefly about yesterday, but he didn't go into detail as he isn't one who likes to gossip like Lorelei. "So glad you decided to join us." Xander only snorted, holding back a smirk at the facade Sebastian is using. "I had to make sure we didn't leave anything behind." Sebastian only rolled his eyes before turning at the sound of someone approaching them. He glanced at the guard, giving him a once over as if he should be expected to believe what the man has said. As much as he somewhat trusts Amara, he doesn't trust the soldier. He has trust issues, which both his sister and friend know about. "Thank you. I appreciate it." He said, giving the soldier a nod before turning towards Xander once more. He knows that the man knows his way to the Oceana Kingdom as every soldier, regardless of status, should know where every kingdom and town is located. "Xander, why don't you stay a few miles ahead of us to continue to make sure there is no trouble. Anything that is suspicious, please come back, alright? I don't want you or Amara and Lorelei to get hurt." He said once Amara's guards gave them space. The man snorted, a grin on his face. "Aww, look who is worried about my safety. Now, drop that facade. It doesn't suit you." He said, winking at Sebastian before galloping ahead to do as he is told. "Seems he hasn't changed." Lorelei said, a laugh leaving her lips as her head shook. "Of course not." He murmured. He turned his attention to Amara as they went on their way. He shrugged his shoulders, his facade not seeming to melt. "It's fine." He said shortly, causing Lorelei to lean over and whack him against the back of his head. He hissed before turning and giving her a glare, his hand rubbing the back of his head. "Stop being rude before I decide to kick your shin next." She warned. She then put a bright smile on her face as she pulled Silro around Zahra and to ride next to Amara. "Don't mind Seb. Anyways, it's nice to meet you! So, I didn't get any details, but I am told that you need help with your brother?" She asked with a tilt of her head. |

Amara looked down as she figured Sebastian hated her for acting cold. She gave a sigh as she looked over as Sebastian. "I'm sorry. The guards dont like that we are already able to be friends. They think your a horrible person that rumors portrayed you as" she said. "I know you arent that person, but they need time to see it" she said before she looked to Lorelei. "If you do decide to help him, you should know, you have to pretend to be a servant, otherwise he will refuse to see you even for a moment. I can help you get some of the nicer clothes. You cant look him in the eye though, and dont look at his scar. He will end up wanting to throw things at you." Amara gave a small sigh. "If you dont want to help after knowing this, I understand and I wont be upset." Amara felt Luna stiffen up and stopped her as she watched a guard came back. "We found a trap. We disengaged it, but we dont know if anyone else is still around" he replied. The look on Amara's face said it all. "Nobody was even suppose to know I was gone other than my father and the guards that came with me" she said. Her blue eyes looked towards Sebastian and Lorelei. "There is another way, but it will take more than a day. Going forward would be too risky" she told them. "Are you alright with that" she asked them as she placed her hand on Luna's neck, hoping to calm the white unicorn. Amara bit her lip as she wondered what they would want to do. "I wont force you to keep following either if you feel it's too dangerous. I dont want to put any of you in danger." |

Sebastian didn't hate Amara for acting cold towards him. He understood why she did it, but once you show him that side just to have it be in front of the soldiers, it seems like he shuts down. It's like his facade takes over and it doesn't break for a while until someone is able to poke through it. Even then, Lorelei and Xander have a hard time poking through his facade once it is activated. "It's fine." He replied when she said that the guards don't like that they are friends. He could care less as they should keep to their own business. He wanted to snort at her comment about the rumors but held it back when he saw the look that Lorelei is giving him. He gave her a glare before looking forward. "What if I truly am that person? What then?" He asked with a raised brow as he turned his head back over to her. Lorelei listened to Amara, her gaze staying on the woman as she spoke about her brother. She gave a small shrug of her shoulders as she could care less if she had to act like a servant to even get to the Prince. "I will wear anything, but I would rather not wear a dress if that is okay with you. If not, that is fine as well." She said her nose scrunching up slightly. She hated wearing dresses with a passion and always slipped them off as soon as she is able to. Sometimes she stays hidden from her parents and other people to prevent them from seeing her wear trousers and a t-shirt with a sword attached to her hip. "He throws things at me, I will throw things right back at him. He better be prepared for that or he is going to be getting a rude awakening." She mumbled under her breath, causing a small laugh to leave Sebastian's mouth. "I will help even if it might be difficult. Everyone deserves to have someone to be there for them no matter if they don't want you there." She seemed to have a far off look at saying that, a shiver going down her spine as a certain thought crossed her mind. Sebastian looked up when a guard came up, saying that there was a trap. His hand instantly went to the sword on his hip, his fingers wrapping around the hilt loosely. Xander hasn't come back yet, making him feel worried that he may be hurt. He hesitated when Amara asked them about going the long way. He didn't want to leave his best friend behind, even if that might put him in danger. "Which way?" He asked, his gaze instantly flickering over towards Amara. "Don't you dare." Lorelei hissed, knowing what he is thinking. She doesn't approve of it and he doesn't really care. He is not going to leave his friend behind to die. "You guys can go ahead. I want to find Xander, make sure he is alright. I would prefer to do it alone as well. I rather keep you both safe than risk our lives to come with me to look for him." He explained, his hands loosening the reins slightly to get ready to have Zahra gallop off. "So, which way so i know where to go once I find him?" |

Amara watched Sebastian for a moment before she shook her head. "Sebastian, I know you aren't the person they think you are because you didn't go and kill your family. You still did what you could last night to keep me from being nervous and on edge. Trust me. It will take a bit of time, but they will see you aren't a heartless murderer" she said before she turned to Lorelei. "I know the perfect clothes then that you can wear. A longer shirt, but no dress. It actually works well that you don't like them" Amara said before she gave a small chuckle at the thought of her throwing something back. "Just promise me if he misses you, you miss him as well. I dont want either of you hurt." After Sebastian mentioned asking which way she shook her head. "We won't go until your back with your friend. I don't want anyone separated. We will wait here for you." Her blue eyes were locked onto him as she spoke. "Luna can cloak us long enough for you to get your friend and get back here before we head back out. She can't do it for too long otherwise I would have had her do so already." Amara looked back down the path and saw the guards waiting for the other to go back with the orders. "Go with Sebastian and make sure everyone comes back this way and we will take the long way home" she said before she watched the guard nod, ready to follow Sebastian. |

Sebastian said nothing on the topic of himself. He isn't one who likes to talk about himself anyway, especially if they think the opposite of what he truly he is. Lorelei grinned when Amara said that she has the perfect outfit for her. She couldn't help but squeal at that, loving the fact that she doesn't have to wear a dress for the first time in her life when she is in the presence of another person with royal blood. "Thank you so much. You have no idea how much I hate dresses." She did a fist pump in the air like she won some type of award for listening or something like that. It is amusing honestly, causing Sebastian's facade to crack slightly. She snorted, giving Amara a lopsided grin. "I can't promise that even if I have a good aim. I will make sure it doesn't hurt him if it does hit him." She said, giving the woman a wink. He quickly shook his head at Amara's words, not liking how she thinks she will stay here while he gets his friend. It might be hours before he is able to find the man and he doesn't want anyone in danger. "Amara, I am not having you guys wait here. I rather you be on your way to the kingdom and know that you are safe rather than having you wait here for us and not be safe, even if Luna is able to cloak you." He said as he looked at her, his gaze seeming to soften. He leaned over towards her in his saddle, his hand reaching out and gently cupping her cheek. Just like Lorelei earlier, he gave her a lopsided grin. "I will be fine. Promise, alright?" His hand slipped from her cheek when he glanced at the guard that is supposed to come with him. He shook his head, not needing anyone as that will only draw attention to them. "Absolutely not. You will stay with my sister and Amara. I rather do this myself and not get anyone injured in the process if they haven't been already." He told the guard, his gaze hard and cold while showing no room for argument. His gaze flickered back to Amara, having it soften slightly again. "I will ask once more, which way once I find him?" |

Amara nodded a thanks to Lorelei. "Our servants dont usually wear dresses unless we are hosting a ball" she said. "The work they normally do, the dresses get torn too easily, and its hard to move around as quickly as they need, so we dont expect them to wear them unless they wish" she said as she looked forward, pulling Luna's reins closer as the mare started prancing in place. Amara did her best to not blush, though failed, when he placed his hand on her cheek. "Alright" she said, though her eyes still showed her worry. "Be careful." Amara still didnt want to leave him there, but knew she couldnt argue. Looking at Lorelei she asked, "Can you ride fast?" She knew if the other princess couldnt, Amara could always have her hold onto the saddle while Amara lead Lorelei's mount. Looking back at Sebastian she thought a moment. "Come back to this spot, and head east. There is a thick patch of trees, and there is a path within them. We will be headed there. As you follow it, there will be a smaller mountain next to the path, hidden, and there is a cave we will stop in for the night." Taking a deep breath she spoke once more. "If you arent there by sundown, I'm coming to look for you" Amara said as she prepared to lead Lorelei. |

[This isn't very good, but here ya go.] When Amara asked Lorelei if she could ride fast, she couldn't help but grin. She tightened her hold on the reins, pulling them back slightly as she looked at the other Princess. Even Silro knew what is about to happen, causing him to paw at the ground impatiently. He has always loved a good run at any time of day, any type of race, or any type of a reason. Granted, if he wasn't her horse, he would definitely be used as a racing stallion. "Amara, darling, you are looking at Sebastian's sister." She said over-confidently, which cause Sebastian to chuckle lowly at his sister. "You bet I can run faster than the wind." She said, sending a wink to the Princess and getting ready to go once she is ready. Sebastian could only snort when Amara told him to be careful. Anyone who knows him knows that being careful isn't something he usually does, especially when it might involve a good fight. "Me be careful? Darling, that isn't really in my vocabulary." Even though he said it in a playful tone, anyone could tell that he is serious about what he said as well. He listened to her directions carefully before slipping his cloak off his shoulders and hanging it on a tree to where he can see what he comes back. He continued to listen to her, once done, he faced her and gave her a soft smile. "Fine. Bring Lorelei with as well if that ever comes to it. She will be a major help. Get going as I want you all far away from this possible danger as possible, yeah?" He winked at her before gently kicking the mare and having her gallop away from them. "Let's go then." Lorelei spoke up, clearly a bit nervous about who knows what. ------- Sebastian had his hand on the hilt of his sword as he glanced carefully around, his mare slowly walking. At hearing a snap of a twig, he unsheathed his sword and pointed it in that direction, his gaze hard. Just before he could say anything, Xander popped out from the bushes on his horse. He let a sigh of relief out when he saw that his best friend is fine and not injured in the slightest. "You could've come back so I wasn't worried sick about you." He grumbled before glancing away and sheathing the sword back in its holder. Xander had an amused look on his face as they slowly started heading back in the direction that they both came from. "Aw, the prince truly cares about me." He teased, leaning over and playfully shoving Sebastian's shoulder. He could only grumble under his breath, pushing his mare into a trot to get away from his annoying teasing friend. They were silent, clearly still on alert in case there truly is someone or something out there. They didn't get far from where they stopped before something whizzed through the deadly silent air. An arrow buried into Sebastian's shoulder, causing him to fall from the mare from the sudden force that he wasn't expecting. He fell hard, a thump being heard and a groan of pain leaving his lips from both types of impacts. "Sebastian!" He slowly pushed himself up, shaking his head from the sudden dizziness that started to form. A hand instantly went to his shoulder, breaking the shaft as close to the wound as possible and throwing it onto the ground. He then pressed his hand against it, ignoring the help that Xander is trying to give him. He easily swung himself up into the saddle, grabbing the reins and waiting for Xander to get back onto his horse as he kept looking around. Just before they are about to go, another whiz is heard in the air. It buried itself into his thigh, causing him to grit his teeth in irritation at what is going on. He did the same thing he did to his shoulder, yet he didn't hold pressure on that one as he needed at least one hand to hold into the reins as he rides. With that, they took off running away from that area and to the place that everyone is waiting impatiently for them at. |

Amara nodded to Lorelei before she gave a worried look to Sebastian once more. The princess wasnt sure what to say after that. Turning to Lorelei she motioned for the other princess to follow her. Luna reared before taking off in the other direction, for the new path. A few guards followed at a brisk run to make sure none followed them, knowing exactly where Amara was headed. Amara spotted the cave in the distance and motioned for Lorelei to head in there. Once she reached it, Amara hopped off Luna and began to pace as she waited for Sebastian to return. She worried about him as she looked at Lorelei. "We will be safe here while we wait" she said, her breathing rather shallow from being nervous. Amara didnt rest while she waited. She paced and cursed to herself. Her hair was a mess from all the pacing while she waited to see him. *Please dont get killed* she thought. She looked back to see Luna laying down with Cobalt playing in her mane, both oblivious as to what was going on. The guards were near the cave entrance, waiting to see any sign of the prince. When Amara couldnt stand it any longer, she let out a low whistle before she walked out of the cave and looked to the sky. After a moment, a black figure appeared and landed. "Hey Thunder. We need some eyes in the sky" she said to the black Pegasus. Hopping onto his back she looked at Lorelei. "Coming with" she asked, knowing she wouldnt go against Sebastian wanting Lorelei to go with her. Amara felt Thunder growing antsy as she waited for a reply. *Please let us find them alright* she thought. She figured if she spotted them, she could have Thunder drop them back off at the cave, and the stallion could lead them back to it. *Not too bad, as long as Thunder actually listens* she thought. |

To say Lorelei is worried would be an understatement. She feels antsy, causing her to sit on the ground of the cave and start sharpening her sword. This is one of the many things she does when she is anxious or worried about something related to something about her past or having it involve Sebastian. Granted, she had a feeling that if he doesn't come back soon, she is going to be out there and hope that he is alright. She stopped sharpening her sword after a bit, looking up towards the entrance of the cave and seeing that the sun has started to set. A frown pulled at the corner of her lips, not liking how it is getting darker and Sebastian and Xander are not yet here. She sheathed her sword and stood up just as she heard a low whistle. She glanced up, seeing that Amara is going outside, causing her to quickly walk out after her. She watched the woman slip onto the black Pegasus' back before asking if she is coming with. She bit her bottom lip slightly, looking in the direction they came a bit ago. She rather not have to go out there in case she finds out that her brother is dead, but she wouldn't be able to live with herself if she didn't go out there and look for him. She looked a moment more, hoping to see Sebastian and Xander before turning her attention up to Amara. Besides, Amara shouldn't be going by herself even if she is going to be up in the sky and hopefully out of sight. "Yes." She said simply. She glanced over at Enzo, making sure that he is calm before walking over to Amara. Just as she is about to swing herself up onto the stallion's back, she heard the sound of thundering hooves against the ground. She whipped her head in that direction before rushing off in that direction, ignoring the protests of Amara's soldiers and trying to stop her from leaving. She easily ducked around them or twisted herself out of their grasp. She stopped at the bushes that hid the trail to the cave and peered over them. At seeing Xander and Sebastian slowing down to a stop to see if they are going in the right direction, she couldn't help but let out a breath of relief. "Xan! Seb!" She said, rushing from behind the bushes and going up to the horses. Before she could say anything else, she noticed Sebastian holding his shoulder. Her smile fell at seeing blood, causing her to quickly glance over his appearance and seeing more blood on his thigh. "Damnit." She whispered. Sebastian sighed. "I'm fine." He grunted, gently nudging Zahra forward to head in the direction she came from. He ignored her protests and followed the trail, seeing the cave moments later. "We are only late as we had to make sure that we lost the pursuers as I didn't want to lead them back here." He explained, not meeting Xander's, Lorelei's, or Amara's gaze as he spoke. Once he came to the entrance, he slipped off the mare's back. Though, as soon as his feet hit the ground, he crumbled down into the dirt. "Sebastian!" Lorelei squeaked before rushing over to him. "It's not a big deal." He said as he got up, grunting as he did so in the process. He limped a few steps forward before he collapsed on his knees again, causing a scowl to leave his lips. Without a word, Xander came over and put his arm around his shoulders and lead him into the cave. "Amara, do you have stuff to patch the wounds as well as clean them out?" She asked as she barely glanced in the woman's direction. |
