Trackstar still crouching in the edge of the trees notices Ohano leading the rest of the pack to go hunting leaving Strikes in the Den to care for the pups, and noting that Tatra is not around decides to move forward and runs into the Den, hoping nobody saw her, she makes her way to the back and sees Strikes laying down watching the twins romp around.

Strikes immediately notices Trackstar and asks "where have you been?? Are you hurt? Where did you go? What have you been doing?" Not letting Trackstar get a word in. Trackstar waits patiently for her to stop talking and says "okay.. so.. if I tell you what I did, you won't tell anyone, right?" Assuming what she did was off the chart, she knew she could trust Strikes with her life, although she didn't want to deal the situation she was in knowing her being a Alpha put a high price on her head and could get her kicked from the pack completely.

"Okay.. fine. What did you do?" Strikes replied. "I helped Moonlight, you know, from the Volcano Pack. She sprained her ankle and passed out so I crossed the border to help her." Trackstar said, making sure to speak low, for who knows if there was another member of the pack outside. Strikes shighs and says "you know being an Alpha means sticking to your pack and not going against any of the rules right?" Trackstar looks away and tucks her tail in between her legs " yes I know, but she was hurt and there was no one else around to help her! She could have died if i hadn't helped out." Strikes replies saying "okay but next time be careful and don't cross the border again" and says in a quieter tone "this is why it was hard for us to give you the role of the Alpha, you are too outgoing and curious, you need to slow it down and be more careful." "Okay, I understand. I will do what is best for the pack next time.." Trackstar says with a shigh, and curls up near the entrance of the den (still in the den) and slowly falls asleep with the sound of the nighttime winds soothing her ears.

Moonlight nodded and backed up back into the medic's den. Anyways, maybe I need rest... Moonlight spun around in a sleep-circle before laying down and closing her eyes to sleep.

Tatra walked back towards the den he was coming back from patroling the border making sure anyone who wasnt supposed to be there hadn't been there he also took the opportunity to search for Trackstar as he got to about ten maybe fifteen yards away from the den he noticed two things one was that most of his packmates weren't there he brushed this off assuming they went hunting and two he thought he smelt Trackstar's scent on the breeze coming from the area of the den causing him to speed up into a trot when he reached the den and saw her sleeping peacefully he tried to slowly and quietly step around her he wanted to know why she'd gone into volcano pack territory and why she hadn't come back until sometime earlier but he breathed a sigh of relief she was at least back and from the looks of her uninjured Tatra didn't realize how tired he was until he realized how heavy his eyelids were he walked to a spot to sleep that was close to her but also far enough that the sound of him pawing at some dirt wouldn't wake her

Ash caught back up to Ember, "Sorry I fell behind," she woofed "What happened?" She saw Venna, and looked at her.

"heh, volcano clan is full of daydreamers and sleepyheads" Ember snorfed, "speaking of sleep I going to sunbath in the field" Ember barked and then walked away.
