| Kingdom- Oof. Crazy... I got a cytology on a 150lb fearful Mastiff the other day with no restraint or muzzle. Just good ole fashioned animal behavior experience and smart techniques. Did they at least send home meds in the meantime to help? |

| Larceny Imagine being a dog owner and being told that you have to reschedule because the vet med team couldn't get a ear swab done on your dog with a ear infection to treat it properly, and stopped in the middle of the prodecure to explain that you have to come back because your dog was too stressed? |
