| Yeah we just bought a bunch of those plig in fly traps and have one basically on every wall in the house. They are working, just not to the extent we were hoping |

You have until September 31 to meet these requirements if you do not already and are already a part of the Cartel. REQUIREMENTS - 150+ dominance overall - at least level 5 territory - steady activity (a little lax on this because of school, work, etc.) If you do not meet these requirements, don't try to join.
