NEWS Caporegime (officer/co-leader) tryouts are now open. PM #32264 for more information. Requirements for joining have been changed. You have until September 31 to meet these requirements if you do not already and are already a part of the Cartel. REQUIREMENTS - 150+ dominance overall - at least level 5 territory - steady activity (a little lax on this because of school, work, etc.) If you do not meet these requirements, don't try to join. Simple as that. RULES - All WolfPlay rules apply. - Be polite to other members. - Participate in alliance battles. Alliance donations are preferred but not mandatory. - Try to stay above the minimum requirements and excel. Go above the bare minimum and show you're progressing. DISCOUNTS Members are able to give certain discounts on breeding, sales, etc. to Cartel members. These players and their offers are listed below.
