Affinity is one of the 3 aspects of Pack Happiness, and it effects how quickly your wolves heal after battle (explore or PvP)

I think you should avoid buying wolves with bad affinity because it could affect your pack's affinity and dynamics that can affect their healing time and bond, but nothing really else so I don't really mind. And there's a relic that can raise their affinity I think.
