Angel - If you're in the States.... try your rec centers, there's some parenting groups there, or local libraries. When my girl was a month old we went to the library while she was asleep and it was a bunch of kids running around lmao.
I still felt out of place though because I was the youngest one there.

If not, I recommend the app Peanut, for a few months, to find other local moms.
