What was the rule for profile pictures again? Credit the artist, even if it's yourself, with the pack number? Just wondering because I couldn't find it in the rules and I want to make a new picture for myself.

No they wont die, which ingridients do you need? I cant remember exactly what it does but I know other injuries kinda like hurt them during battle, so I think instead of attacking/defending they'll say ouch it hurts if I remember correct
