Imagine being a dog owner and being told that you have to reschedule because the vet med team couldn't get a ear swab done on your dog with a ear infection to treat it properly, and stopped in the middle of the prodecure to explain that you have to come back because your dog was too stressed?

It says to just stop the prodecure regardless and explain to a cilent that you cannot do anything more and that they need to inconvience themselves and reschedule
