Petri - it’s the mindset you have to practice. I’ve seen your posts that you’ve made in chat about your situation, its experience. In the future once you’re out of the rut you’ll realize what you did and what worked vs what didn’t. You’ll know how to approach things differently if it happens again but it’s a mistake that’s worthy a lesson. Hell I broke my lease with my partner because he refused to listen to me when I told him we should stay in our apartment instead of moving into a house. His mistake cost us money and it sucks.

Hopefully I can develop such a mindset. Things are kinda difficult for me sometimes (don't really process things the way others do), but I try to take notes from the other adults in my life. Kinda weird, though; asking someone "What's it like being an adult?" is a LOT different when you're 21 as opposed to when you're 11.

I’m turning 25 this year, as much I say “man my 20’s have sucked, my 20’s so far have been experience, now it’s time to put on my big girl pants and focus on the future. No more playing around.
