i'm not a fan of the menu setup though- i hate the fact that you have to go through popups to access the colour wheel and the like

I can recommend Ibis X Paint if a free app is useful to you. I haven't used in art six months, but when I did it was pretty good. U watch ads to use brushes

ah </3 that always sucks. I hear good things about Kleki if you're looking for another browser bases, but personally I use Sketchbook which is also free but app based. It costs money on computers though so I only would use it for tablets/ phones
