Like, psychologically? Because I'm pretty sure that's the only way you could be "harmed". There's a hint of lucidity in every dream, since people tend to remember what their dreams were about, especially outlandish ones.

I just searched up what dreams you can control and it says its lucid dreaming. I want to try to add people in my dreams but I don't know if it can harm me in any way.

Yeah, it was... an experience. Especially since I'm a lucid dreamer. I felt and experienced EVERYTHING during the entire dream, and it still feels like I've actually lived through it.
