for context, it's been a week and no work had been done at all-- two of the members didn't even want to work while the other is a follower and just kinda follows whatever others are doing

:o I think I remember you mentioning the service dog bit before! Perfect then, I'm glad you did your research! I sound like a broken record sometimes when people ask me about getting a new dog haha
No worries at all, happy to help! Not sure VetPay will be a thing where you are but there must be something similar. We also have "Afterpay" here which can be used to pay for pretty much anything i.e. plane tickets, groceries, retail, food etc without interest. I think an equivalent in the UK is Klarna? Not sure about other places but definitely do some snooping around that kind of payment method. And call up clinics to see if they have their own payment plan option!
