Whats wrong with buying wolves? :) buying a couple will do no harm. You can focus on 4 or 5 wolves, shouldn't be too hard ^^ been a while since you've played, so it should be fun to see which new pelts and defects and boosts you can splurge on

To be totally honest, if I were you, I'd buy 4 more. High talents, good vitals so that you can use them as explorers to make some good mush. Then you'll have loads of currency to spend on your starters!

What are some tips to keep yourself from buying wolves, I really don't want to have more than my starters right now, so I can focus solely on them, but the urge...the urge is strong.

I don't think I've ever trained just one wolf. I usually train in like groups of 3-5 so it can take me anywhere between 10-12 days

If I'm taking my sweet time, it takes me a game year to train a new team of 5. The 6th slot is usually my boy Malakai as a pursuer to help the little guys out
