I think maybe explore is having issues because of how much is going on. A lot of people that dont normally explore much are doing it more because of the event. Its been a struggle

I get that too sometimes but it usually means you've used up all of your steps/moves in explore. But if you were like halfway or almost finishing those moves, then it might be a bug.
