You'd be surprised , my little sisters primary school had a parents night and in the classroom there was an area that had books saying my daddy but it was a pregnant male and a book called gender identity the teachers said it was a discussion that is being held and possibility of teaching p4-p7 about gender identity

A lot of that is propaganda, while schools are trying to have more open minds and have support groups and such for kids that want them they're not actually trying to teach kids about any of that especially in elementary school

Yeah even schools look down on it and there's been a new party incharge which wants to teach child that they can be a they them which I think should be allowed at a certain age not to 5-8 year olds I think it's just a tad much

I totally feel you, my state is incredibly religious and very hateful. It was hard getting away from that hate and learning to love myself for who I am, but I lost friends over it. It’s also hard coming from a sheltered background like that and trying to fit in with new people as well. Wouldn’t be a problem if people just didn’t abuse their kids for being different or not fitting into religious norms (coughing towards my parents)
