Biography
Calai raced along the treacherous riverbank with her new friend, Nokoa. She had met the wolf in an encounter in the Jungle. Not knowing what to do, Calai decided to talk with the elder. The two had quickly become acquaintances upon sharing their life stories, and their conversation had swiftly progressed into playing and running.
After a few minutes of splashing and tackling each other, the two decided to head to a nearby creek to bathe, as the river they were just playing nearby was far too dangerous for them with its fast paced waters and giant, sharp rocks that lay hidden beneath the rushing water. Calai had the powerful urge to shake her coat out, but she didn't want to start another play-fight. She was far too exhausted to play further.
They reached the creek, and immediately, Calai noticed a wolf just staring at them. It made her feel vulnerable and scared. Her hackles began raising, and she looked the wolf in the eyes. The multicolored she-wolf simply snickered, and walked away.
"Nokoa, who was that?"
Nokoa was just about to step into the creek before Calai brought up the wolf.
"Ah, her? Bonfire. She's part of my pack."
Calai's eyes went wide with hope. A pack? Her mother always foretold that she would join a strong pack with a loving and caring leader.
"A pack..." Calai said softly.
"Yes, a pack. Would you like to join? You've not made any aggressive movements towards me, and I think you would fit well here."
Calai's head nodded wildly as her thoughts went rampant and her heart began to pound.
"Yes, yes! I would love to join!"
Calai was brought to the pack (after grooming themselves of course), and accepted by all. She is now being raised and trained as a warrior.
