Biography
High Moon Ice was born on a snowy night with a full moon, chance his name. His parents adored his perfectly balanced markings amd he was the strongest pup out of his siblings. Yet he was never satisfied with the way his pack was run. The elders were in charge, no talking back, no opinion. It was becoming a dictatorship. Eventually they started controlling unessecesary things like social ranks. These defined who you were, who you could mate with, who your pups were supposed to live up to, what you were supposed o live up to. He was ranked the highest in his family at his Spring Moon ceremony, and refuses to do what the elders wanted. This caused a major fight, the younger generation against the ancient wise one. Soon the pack split in two, wolves started leaving not caring if they were hunted down, elders cursing the new generations descendants, wolves dying tragically for no reason. When all seemed lossed High Moon Ice left to start his own pack. Eventually when he was on his own he met a young she wolf. She had chocolatey fur with tan highlights and the bottom of her jaw was a pure white standing out in the tones of brown. She explained she too had left her pack during generational revolts, loosing her whole family over the sudden war. He explained his story as he noticed a red stripes above her nose. He asked her name, but she turned away. "My name was Blood over Snow." She whispered. "But now I am Ice Marsh." Suddenly High Moon knew that the name must've been a family name and. That was why she changed it. He promised her that he would make sure no more blood was spilt and they started their own pack naming it after an ancient legend still untold.
