When I was a young pup, my mum told me I was destined for a great life, that I would live happily when I grew up. If only she could have predicted what happened next, she would still be alive today...
Her evil sister wanted her roll of Alpha, so to claim this, my mother was murdered...
I had to run for my life as I was destined to be the next alpha when I came of age. Mum's sister knew this so sent her followers after me to remove me from existence. Being younger than my chasers, I didn't have to stability to run for too long before my heart felt like it was going to explode out of my chest. I had to take a break. With the wisdom my mother had passed on to me, I found a way to disguise my scent from being found by my chasers.
As they ran past me, my heart was pumping so hard, I thought they might have been able to hear it. Thankfully they didn't...
As soon as they were out of sight and ear shot, I bolted from the area. I kept looking back over my shoulder to see if the chasers discovered me...big mistake! I ran straight into another wolf!!!
This wolf began to growl at me due to the surprise I had given him. Then he saw how scared I looked and somehow managed to calm me down. I looked into his eyes that seemed to shine with pride. He told me to stay close as we left the area together. I rush of relief flushed over me knowing that I was now safe from my past pack.
This wolf's name was Max and now we are the alpha's of our own pack. My mother was right. I was destined to a great life once I was older, but the journey to get here was the hard part. Now I am a proud alpha who stands for family, friendship, trust and kindness. This is what my old pack lacked in the end, and any members of my pack who steps out of line will not be tolerated to stay in a pack based on family and trust. This is my pack and we will not tolerate haters.
