Its always been like that long as I can remember. Just always thought it was normal. I use to have black out episodes when I was younger but most part been able to catch it before I would black out and lay down. Laying down has always helped with those episodes.

Maybe. I dont know. Ill talk to my doctor about it next appointment i guess less it continues to get worse. Ive had issues with my heart rate jumping from like 89 to 120 just by walking a little
