Biography
Aruna was born into a fairly small pack, made up of a few different mated pairs and their pups.
Her parents were Benji and Kelani. She had two sisters, Aliah and Letty.
The pack was a happy group, but the tight-knit community made the pups too close. They all thought of each other as siblings, and none of them were interested in pursuing romantic relationships.
So, when Aruna and her sisters were about a year old, they made the decision to leave the pack once they reached it. The only condition was that they would return once they found a mate, and they would stick together.
But when the time came, Aliah confessed she'd already found a mate within the pack. So it was just Aruna and Letty who left in search of a mate.
Letty soon found hers, and they stayed with Aruna while she continued searching but soon they'd grown frustrated with her pickiness. There was a fight, which ended in Aruna angrily leaving; when she returned later to apologize, she realized that they'd left and returned home.
Angry, she decided not to follow them. She made the decision to leave the pack, and continued searching for a mate. Nearly a year after she'd left, she ran into Bertil, who'd recently been chased from his own pack.
Having been alone for several months, she decided to let him accompany her on her journey. This plan inevitably failed when she realized she'd fallen in love with him. Becoming mates, they decided they were going to spend time exploring the world before settling down somewhere to start their life together.
But that plan changed when Aruna realized she was expecting pups. They were thrilled, but also realized that they'd spent so much time gallivanting that they had nowhere to safely have the pups.
With a little over a month to spare, they began searching for somewhere to live. Then they met Gavina, a wolf living on her own after she fled her corrupted pack. The three of them came to the decision that Bertil and Aruna could stay with her, if they would be willing to let her join them on their future adventures.
