Biography
Flicker was born into a pack that believed males were superior and females were only for bearing pups.
When male pups are born into this pack, they are sorted out by their strength and intelligence. The weak are cast out. When female pups are born, they are sorted by their beauty and given a rarity score.
When young Flicker was born into a litter of three female pups, she was immediately singled out for her beauty and given a high rarity score. It seemed that her future was sealed. She was to be bred to and bear pups for the rest of her life.
But something changed that future. At the age of three months it is customary for female pups to be bred to for the first time, even though they won't bear pups. Its a way for the males of the pack to show they're superior and that the females couldn't do anything about it. This was not the fate Flicker's mother wanted for her pups. She tried to stop the three month breedings, but she was unsuccessful.
As a punishment for trying to stop the breedings, Flicker's mother was killed. But what was different about her death was that the males in the pack made all of the females watch as she was slowly killed. It was yet another way the males wanted to remind the females that they were in charge and better.
So, at the tender age of three months, Flicker watched as her mother was slowly killed and was forcefully bred to over and over again. It was too much for the young pup. Only a day later, Flicker ran away.
The young pup is now being pursued by her horrible pack. She knows that if she is caught it will be her end.
