Sturgeon is stoic and self-assured, rarely expressing outward emotions. She is intelligent, and while she is creative, she is also calculating. She is actually very compassionate and wants to help any wolf in need of it, but she has no qualms with manipulation or violence as a way of defeating bad wolves.
Her blunt and cold way of speaking often comes off as rude, but she doesn't always mean it that way. She tries to protect and care for wolves she cares about, but she doesn't always know what to do.
