Biography
Lennox lived, raised by his parents. The pack never questioned if he was an heir or not, the potion having made it very convincing. Not even Lennox knew of what had been decided for him.
Aurora became pregnant once again. Lennox was eager to become an older brother and the pack was once again praying for a full and healthy litter.
The birth came and Lennox lingered and placed outside. When the first pup arrived, Aurora cried out in familiar joy.
"They're alive! And... and a boy! I'm so glad!"
The little pup's eyes blinked open temporarily, letting his parents peek at the eyes. And...
"Green... they'll be green!"
"A proper heir," Hendric praised, not noticing his mate's flash of bitterness. "Would you like to name him, dear?"
"You can go ahead."
"Ah... well..." Hendric tilted his head. "What about... Leighton? Crown Prince Leighton."
