Season: Spring 2 Time Day Weather: Clear
I lounged on the grass, watching the clouds in complete calm as I used to do when the alphas went exploring. They always said it was best for me to step aside and not disturb others, so this was a good way to pass the time and carry out the order.
After a while, the clouds began to lose their shape as they merged with each other, announcing the possibility of a rain, so I got up to go back to the others, when I heard footsteps approaching. I stood still, expectant, would I be an enemy? Or just a rabbit that makes too much noise?
Three wolves crossed a path that was near my resting place, I remained simply watching them, and then, one of them turned in my direction, connecting our eyes.
Piercing meadow-like green eyes met mine, and for a moment I felt like time was slowing down. That wolf stopped, forcing the others to do so since they were the one leading them.
They approached me, curious.
"Who are you?" She asked, and it was until this moment I realized they were actually a her. She had an imposing presence that made me feel self-conscious, I didn't know how to respond, so I just shook my head and backed away.
"Wait, what is your name? Where is your pack?" She asked again, this time I tried to answer her.
"My pack... They're close to here, I can take you there if you want, but, ah, I don't know if I should, the alphas aren't home right now. Ah, I think I talked too much."I said nervously, maybe I made a mistake by staying here.
She shook her head, looking calm.
"It is not necessary, but you... You didn't told me your name"
"I do not have one. Yet." I said embarrassed, I don't know if I will ever have it.
"I see ..." She said thoughtfully. She turned to look at her companions, it seemed as if they were talking to each other in a way that I did not understand.
"Come with us"
"What?"
"I'll take you to my pack, I want you to join." She approached me, not taking her gaze from mine for a second, as if wanting to hypnotize me, and it was working. I was finally able to tear my eyes away. Insecure. I observed my surroundings, the path by which I would return with my own pack, the one that did not want me around to begin with ...
I raised my head and puffed out my chest, as sudden as it was, I had made my decision.
"Show me the way."
