Shadow was a lone wolf, he has been ever since The day... Want to know about The day?! Ok here's the story....
It was a snowy night, Shadow was only 1 he had a family a mom and dad and 3 other siblings. He was happy he had a nice big den and plenty of prey. He and his siblings went out to a nearby meadow to hunt, they were running around when it started to get dark. They thought it was just rain and continued playing, that was their mistake. Shadow and his brother saw a deer and decided to try and hunt it, Shadow slowly walked up to it and POUNCED! He had this deer in his grip and soon his brother was helping him. Than he heard a gun shot, and his brother feel to the ground. Shadow went wide eyed and let go he looked to a bush and saw a hunter loading his gun, he grabbed his brother now bleeding heavily and started to run he heard another shot and the deer was dead. Shadow saw his sisters and yelled "GET TO THE DEN!" At that they ran to the den. But when they got there his mother and father were running away, that was the last that he saw them. He was the biggest so he decided to take charge, he ran into the den and grabbed some food while his sisters and brother were outside, he ran out carrying 7 rabbits and said "follow me." His sister grabbed his brother and started to run, they ran to a hidden place that their parents had showed them. He dropped the rabbits and started to dig, he heard another gun shot and a yelp he looked around but the hunters weren't in sight. He kept digging until there was a good hole big enough for the food and his siblings and him to fit. His brother went in first than the prey and his sisters. He went in and covered the top with a branch and said "This is home for now." His sister had already started to lick his brother, his leg had a bullet go through it. It stopped bleeding and he fell asleep. His sisters fell asleep also, so he dozed off. He awoke when their entrance was opened by.... Another wolf, the wolf pulled him out and said "You are on our territory!" Shadow tucked in his tail and said "sorry just my parents ran away and my brother is injured from a hunter's gun-" The wolf interupted "So." He turned his head to another wolf and said "Kill them." Shadow went wide eyed and said "Please! Don't kill my siblings i will go away and never return if you promise me that you will keep my siblings safe!" A she-wolf walked up and said "I will take care of his siblings." The wolf nodded and said "Go tell your siblings and get out of here." Shadow turned around and walked into their home and said "i have to go, stay safe this pack will take care of you." He than walked out with his siblings close behind than he ran. That was the end of his family he was a lone wolf now.
