Biography
"I was born into a lonely, cold pack in the mountains. My mother died shortly after giving birth, and I was the only one of my litter to survive. There was plenty of rumors, but nobody really knew who my father was, so I never really had a family growing up. I was given to the only other mother in the pack after my mother died. My foster siblings were horrible and always picked on me for being the smallest pup in the pack. My foster mother never seemed to care about me, I think she even encouraged her own pups teasing. I tried to be positive and friendly, hoping they'd find out that I'm not that bad and that they would eventually be my friends. It didn't work.
I was often overlooked as I grew up and everyone told me I would never amount to much. I had no friends in that pack. Slowly, I began to lose trust in other wolves. They were very harsh whenever I made even the smallest mistake. As soon as I was old enough, I left that pack and never looked back. I decided to be a lone wolf, living away from others. I found a clearing and decided to live there.
Eventually I got lonely and tried to join another pack that had settled in the area. I approached them and asked to join, but the alpha growled at me and then attacked me with his pack. They took over the area where I was living, too. I had no choice but to leave the area, injured and alone. I had given up being able to fit into a pack at this point.
Then, while wandering the forest, I met Dawn. As soon as I met her I knew she was different, and I could feel a warmth whenever I was around her. But I was still uncertain, and held back at first. She seemed lonely too and we decided to travel together at first. I acted cold around her, so I wouldn't get hurt if she left me too. But after a while together, we both got more comfortable, and slowly, I let my emotional barriers down.
She told me all about her first love, how it had fallen apart, and how she didn't know what to do anymore. I assured her that I would always be there to support her, if she should need me. I knew I wanted to be with her, and eventually, I got my chance to ask her. I took her to a beautiful waterfall, and asked her to be my mate. I was so happy when she said yes.
I named our new pack 'Dawn's Light'. We found a den and settled down. Soon, a wolf named Silverbirch came into our territory looking for a pack. We accepted her, and soon after, Dawn became pregnant with my pups! I finally had a family."

Outwardly cold and uncaring, Solstice likes to keep to himself. Though he'd never show it, he's quite nervous around others, especially those he likes. Once he opens up, you see that he's actually a sweet wolf on the inside.
