Biography
Karla Homolka is a special wolf. She is jet black with pretty green eyes. She has a birth defect called Melanism. This turns her coat the darkest of blacks. This can prove an advantage or a disadvantage. At night she is the best hunter, because she is the color of the night. She is known to lurk around camp at night when she canÂÂÂÂ’t sleep and accidentally scare anybody else who is still awake. She is not as good at playing pranks as some other wolves in the pack, and she doesnÂÂÂÂ’t try to be. She hates when pranks are pulled on her so she has never had any interest in doing them to other wolves. She is a kind soul and loves to see the pack happy. She is a great hunter at night and when it is not winter. In the winter when the snow falls her jet black pelt is very noticeable and alerts the animals that she is there and not a shadow in the snow. She sneaks through the night to hunt as she had found it to be easier. She sleeps during half the day and half the night and is awake hunting and doing her business during the later part of the day and early night. She hunts all the time itÂÂÂÂ’s dark and she is away. Some of the other pack members donÂÂÂÂ’t like it but they can deal with it, because it gets the job done. She is an amazing battle wolf and she is gaining skill everyday. She will one day be great and stories will be told about her during gatherings and her name will strike fear and awe in the hearts of her packÂÂÂÂ’s descendants. She fights with courage and keeps her heart in battle. She is merciful and kills quickly and efficiently. There is nothing she canÂÂÂÂ’t do when it comes to battling. She came from an abusive pack who shunned her for her birth defect. Her mother had fallen in love with a wolf that had Melanism and couldnÂÂÂÂ’t help but mate with him and have her. To save her, her mother took her away from her original pack as a newborn pup and left her with a pack that was far away from her original pack. Though the journey was not easy. They were pursued by the pack relentlessly. Her mother was offered a spot but didnÂÂÂÂ’t want to risk her pupÂÂÂÂ’s new pack to her original pack. If they found her scent to be lingering at the Murderous Shepherds camp, they would attack the pack and kill her pup even after all the trouble she went through to get her safe. Her mother lead her original pack away from the Murderous Shepherds pack and was killed. Martha Wise, the alpha of Murderous Shepherds, had found her mother dead just outside of the neutral territory in the adjoining packÂÂÂÂ’s territory and had broken the news to Karla when she was only a few months old. She would never meet her real mom, but her surrogate mom, the alpha herself, Martha was as good as any real mom she could ever had. It had been hard on Karla, but she pulled through it with the love of the pack and her best friends, Cihuacoatl, and Lavinia Fisher, who were also in similar situations.

| Personality
She is very loving and cares about everyone in the pack. Though she was not born in the pack, she was loved just the same as any pack born wolf would have been. Very few wolves where born in the pack. She is always happy and do anything she needs to to help other wolves be happy. Her walk shows how content she is in her home. She doesnÂ’t walk like a normal wolf, she prances, all the time. The only time she isnÂ’t prancing is when she is upset and it makes it obvious when she is. She walks without her normal pep and her tail dragging the ground. Though this does not happen much. She is almost always a happy prancer. She jumps around the camp playing with pups. She has tons of energy to do things because she is not much than a pup herself. She always has a smile on her face and a bright light in her eyes. She is living her life like her mother would have wanted her too. She loves her pack and is proud to be a Murderous Shepherds member. She knows most of the members are dangerous but she doesnÂ’t care. She fits right in with them. She wants a mate but wants the perfect one so she will wait until she finds one that is perfect for her and will better her bloodline and who will have good pups for the pack. She wants to give back to the pack who has given her so much without expecting anything in return from her but her loyalty. She will give her life for this pack.
Preferences
She loves to take walks in the woods that the pack territory has. She likes to play in the streams too, but her favorite is the woods. There is always cool smells and things to find out in there. Her favorite time to go out is just after it rains really hard. All kinds of stuff get washed out of its hiding place. The creeks and rivers that cut up the woods wash things from territories upstream and she loves to go and hunt those cool things. She sometimes finds things that arenÂ’t cool like wierd paper or other garbage, but she often finds really cool things to hoard in her den. She has tons of things that she has found in the woods and rivers stashed in a secret compartment that she made in the back of her den. She knows one day all the things will be useful in some way so she keeps them. She hides them so no other wolves can claim they found it instead of her. Her second favorite thing to do is just hang out in camp and gossip with the other wolves. She loves to hear all the latest news about the patrols. She may be a hunter but the border patrols is where all the cool stuff happens, like meeting other wolves from strange packs. She loves to hunt but wishes she could go on a border patrol every once in awhile, but she does other stuff and has yet to gain all the skills it takes to be a border patrolling wolf.
Special Skills
She has many skills that some may call useless, but she calls valuable. She can locate human items easily from her walks in the woods and all her hunts for the items. The pack says they will never need any of it, but she thinks otherwise. They have already used a few of her things, like ropes and cloths to help make the camp walls stronger and then for bedding for the elders den and Nursery. Some of the items she has found and kept, she doesn’t even know what they are or what purpose they had, like the cup of colored liquid that stained anything it the liquid touched, but she kept it nonetheless. She is a great hunter and can take down multiple prey animals at one time. She has the skill of many wolves when it comes to hunting and taking down prey and predators. She may not be able to take down wolves yet, but she is close to it. She loves to hunt and feel the life go out of a animal and see the light die in its eyes. That may be odd, but she loves it. Nobody would understand her love for death, but it is there nonetheless. She can run faster and jump higher than any of the wolves in the pack and she is proud of it because she worked hard to outrun Joseph Stalin, the alpha male who can run faster than anyone, but her. She walks around with a pep in her step at the thought that she is “better” than the alpha male of the pack.
