She surprised the entire pack her first time exploring as a grown up. The explorers came across an angry bear in the forest. The other wolves became wounded as they repeatedly attacked the bear, but Olive was so young and small she slipped out of the bear's grasp. She pounced on his back and, full of adrenaline, bit his neck so hard that he gave one final gasp before falling dead. The other wolves were astounded, because that was the first time anyone in Vuxtamorag had killed a bear, and the wolf who did it was a two year old.
