@Key Lamb and Pork are considered "red meat" but are good for iron in small portions. But chicken and certain seafood is food. Eggs. And lots of spinach or kale. Some nuts are good too |

Artic ahhhh okay. gotcha. If we have any more chicken my gran says she will start crowing like a rooster. XD Any other meats though? |
Blue Crescent |
@Key That fat in red meat can increase risks of heart disease, cholesterol and some other stuff if you eat too much |
Giftofeden |
I might insist on more meat and spinach. which means more steak(My favourite) |
Blue Crescent |
@<Key Haha oh no. Don't panic. 30% of women are anemic. You just need iron rich foods in your diet |

Embers of Fire 61R
| Sandy Shadow 39R She was a darn good wolf. Two of her offspring are still living in my den and I will keep it that way forever. She was great at passing on coats to her children, she gave me a winter pelt and a travertine pelt. I will miss you girl. She was also one of the first wolves I bought on Wolfplay. See you in FMC! | Rifle 31R A pretty wolf who had low rarity so I couldn't keep her as we were running low on den space. She was homebred with a rare pelt. We will miss you girl. | ||
Mosaic Slate 38R My second alpha female. I had sold my first and I had already bought her and she fit in perfectly. She was a pretty wolf and had 400 BE without any actual training. I will miss her and keep her line in my den forever, by her daughter Earthquake. I will see you in FMC girl. | Mystique 50R One of the first wolves I had on this game, she came from WolfParty. Mystique's legacy will live on in my den through her daughter Mystery Eyes. I will miss you so very much girl. </3 | Sunshade 35R Also one of the first wolves I bought, she was a good battler and had 75 BE. Sadly she doesn't have any offspring in my den but she will be remembered as an awesome wolf. Rest in peace my girl <3
Mystery of the Galaxy 54R He was one of my favorite wolves, and my second ever WolfParty pull. I was so surprised that I got him and I loved him. He was a familiar face in my den and I will miss him so much. | Shadow Patches 40R My first beta wolf, he was a good battler always dependable. He had to be alpha for a short while when Silent Hunter was off doing BE training. He had a pretty coat and I am sad he did not have any ancestors in my den. You will be missed boy. <3 | Silent Hunter

I am so so sad that she had to pass but am glad that she left 2 pups to continue her bloodlines, Amber Snow and Shadowed Snow. See you in FMC dear girl. | Granite 31R I bought her to try and help get the brown granite pelt up. She had a son, Dark Gems, who became the alpha. She is sorely missed.
